About ARC

ARC Research and Consultancy services creation, practice, and production within the creative and cultural sectors. ARC aims to promote development and sustainability of these specific sectors through collaboration, research, and synergies with local, regional, national, and international entities. We work through a network of experts on policy research and cultural events, with a main focus on facilitating connections and networks. We train young upcoming cultural professionals through various workshops and programmes.

ARC is the Malta contact point for EFFE which stands for Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe, an initiative of the European Festivals Association co-financed by the European Union. ARC is also the Malta partner for Medinea project (Mediterranean Incubator of Emerging Artists) that was created in 2011 and is coordinated by the Festival d’Aix en Provence. Medinea consists of more than twenty cultural organizations operating in the music sector and engaged in dynamics of exchange and collaboration at an international level.
