About ARC

ARC Research and Consultancy services creation, practice, and production within the cultural and creative sectors. We aim at promoting development and sustainability of the cultural and creative sectors and facilitating connections with local, regional, national, and international entities by means of collaboration, participation in networks, policy research, and cultural initiatives.

ARC is the Malta contact point for EFFE which stands for Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe, an initiative of the European Festivals Association co-financed by the European Union. ARC is also the Malta partner for Medinea project (Mediterranean Incubator of Emerging Artists) that was created in 2011 and is coordinated by the Festival d’Aix en Provence. Medinea consists of more than twenty cultural organizations operating in the music sector and engaged in dynamics of exchange and collaboration at an international level.
